Of course! Every connection is with a real person who has an active LinkedIn profile and who understands the benefits of connecting to many diverse people. These professionals live in the United States and do not have LinkedIn Open Networker (LION) displayed on their profile. This is important so your profile will convey credibility and professionalism.

What is the cancel/refund policy for the LinkedIn Service?

Once you purchase a LinkedIn service, we will immediately start to work on your profile; therefore, no refunds will be given on our LinkedIn Services.

 

Résumé Package Questions

What is the cancel/refund policy for résumés and/or cover letters?

When you purchase a résumé package or cover letter, we will immediately start to work on your professional documents. If you want to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering (before receiving your final documents), call or email our office. We will then email you any work we have completed on your documents, and we will refund your payment minus $200 per hour for every hour of work we completed on your documents. There are no refunds on résumé packages or cover letters after the final documents have been sent to a client. If you would like anything changed on your final documents, please call our office and we will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. In all our years of business, we have never had a client request a rewrite because we over deliver the first time!

 

Personality Test Questions

What is the cancel/refund policy for personality tests?

When you purchase a personality test, we will immediately send you a unique password to take the test; therefore, no refunds will be given on our personality testing service.

 

Workshop Questions

How early do we need to schedule a workshop?

Our schedule books months in advance so the more advance notice you can give us, the better. We are sometimes able to accommodate requests without much advance notice based on the group location. Please contact our office as soon as you have a proposed date for your event.

Where are the workshops held?

Groups are responsible for providing an appropriate location (e.g. private room with chairs for all and a screen or white wall for powerpoint). Workshops can be held in libraries, offices, restaurants, classrooms, gyms, Greek houses, alumni centers, etc. For an additional fee, we will schedule a suitable location for your workshop.

How many participants comprise a workshop?

The minimum number of participants needed to schedule a workshop is 25. If a group has more than 50 people, we can split the group into 2 workshops held on consecutive days to ensure maximum interaction for each group.

Do I have to pre-register for the workshop or may I just show up?

You must register in advance.

What is the cancel/refund policy for workshops?

There is no charge to cancel or reschedule if the request is received at least 30 days before the workshop. If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop, your payment is non-refundable

May I let someone else take my place at a workshop if I cannot attend?

Yes, you may transfer your space to someone else. Please call or email us to complete the transfer prior to the workshop.

What if there are not enough people registered for a workshop?

If there are less than 25 people registered for your workshop by the registration deadline, we will cancel the workshop and refund everyone’s payment in full. Ace Your Interview is not responsible for any losses incurred on housing, travel or other arrangements.

How much do your services cost?

Prices for our services are listed on our website. If you would like to hire Victoria LoCascio for a speaking engagement, please call our office (857.600.ACES) to discuss your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our secure system accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal Credit.

May I purchase your services by phone?

Online purchase is preferred and available 24 hours a day, but if you prefer you may call us at 857.600.ACES to give payment over the phone.

Do you guarantee that I’ll get a job if I use your services?

We cannot guarantee interviews or jobs for various reasons (e.g. we don’t control the effort that a client will make in getting an interview or job, and we don’t know if a client is following our strategies and advice).
